About

My work is in the intersection of design research, organizational design, education, and storytelling. I have helped hundreds of individuals become more confident with their own creativity and have changed the way they tackle problems and communicate with a human-centered focus.

I am currently creating and facilitating human-centered design training programs for the Peruvian Government, working towards becoming a theatre director, and traveling as much as I can (+25 countries in 4 continents so far).

I was a founding member at La Victoria Lab -a corporate innovation lab created with the strategic partner of IDEO for Intercorp (a Peruvian economic group with +25 companies)- where I helped organizations be more innovative and worked on projects to create the future of services for industries such as education and healthcare. As well, I have advised influential Peruvian corporate leaders on how to tell their stories.

I have been a fellow at IDEO U, a resident of IMPACT: Design for Social Change at School of Visual Arts, and hold a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Universidad de Lima. I've been trained in design thinking, storytelling and futurecasting at IDEO, Duarte Design and Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design (CIID)
